Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for managing customer billing, generating invoices, ensuring timely debt collection, reconciling customer accounts, and resolving payment discrepancies. The role involves collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to streamline accounts receivable processes and ensure accurate financial records. A focus on maintaining positive relationships with customers to secure prompt payments and optimize cash flow is a key component of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to accurately track transactions and identify discrepancies
- Minimum 2 to 3 Years of Experience in Accounts Field
- Proficiency in Finance-related tasks, including account reconciliation and reporting
- Effective Communication skills to facilitate clear interactions with clients and internal teams
- Experience in Debt Collection and managing overdue accounts professionally
- Knowledge of Invoicing processes and the ability to ensure prompt and accurate billing
- Proficiency in financial software tools and Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar role is a strong advantage
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
