Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Receivable Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing invoicing processes, monitoring and handling accounts to identify outstanding balances, ensuring timely collection of payments, and managing debt recovery efforts. The role also involves maintaining accurate financial records, assessing accounts for accuracy, and preparing periodic financial reports.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to accurately assess accounts, track payments, and manage financial data.
- Experience in Finance with knowledge of accounts receivable processes, including invoicing procedures.
- Proven ability in Debt Collection and effectively managing overdue accounts to ensure timely payments.
- Excellent Communication skills for liaising with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders professionally.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in record-keeping to ensure accurate data and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, is a plus.
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory for candidates with strong foundational skills.
