Job Description – AR Caller (Denials)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Work on denied or underpaid medical claims and follow up with insurance companies to ensure timely resolution.

Perform analysis of denials and identify root causes to prevent recurring issues.

Handle claim re-submissions, appeals, and corrections as required.

Maintain accurate documentation of all call interactions and claim actions in the system.

Meet daily and weekly productivity targets while maintaining quality standards.

Collaborate with team members and reporting managers to improve claim resolution rates.

Work on EPIC software for both Physician and Hospital billing processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in AR Calling (Denials process).

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in EPIC software.

Good understanding of US healthcare RCM process (Billing, Denials, AR).

Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Willing to work in Night Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM).
