Job Title: Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst – Medical Billing

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst with experience in US Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for insurance follow-ups, denial management, and maximizing collections by resolving unpaid or underpaid claims.
Key Responsibilities
• Follow up with insurance companies regarding unpaid or denied claims
• Review aging reports and prioritize high-value accounts
• Investigate claim denials and take corrective actions
• Analyze Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA)
• Work closely with billing and coding teams to resolve claim issues
• Document all account activities and maintain accurate records
• Ensure claims are resolved within timely filing limits
• Identify payer trends and recurring denial patterns
Required Qualifications
• 1–3+ years of experience in Medical Billing AR / Insurance Follow-up
• Knowledge of US healthcare insurance (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial)
• Experience with denial management and AR resolution
• Strong understanding of EOB/ERA interpretation
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with RCM tools, clearinghouses, or medical billing software
• Experience working with US physician or hospital billing
