Accounts Receivable Manager

We Are Looking For:
An experienced Accounts Receivable Manager with e-commerce experiences, who can own the receivables cycle end-to-end and ensure clean cash flow reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ End-to-End Receivables Cycle
ā¢ Track and manage receivables across DTC and marketplace channels, ensuring timely collections.
ā¢ Cash Flow Reporting
ā¢ Provide receivable days, aging reports, and insights into cash flow channels.
ā¢ Reconciliation & Bookkeeping
ā¢ Ensure accurate reconciliation of receivables, coordinate with finance to reflect in books (e.g., Tally/ERP).
ā¢ Process Optimisation
ā¢ Identify bottlenecks in collections and recommend process improvements for faster cash conversion.
ā¢ Collaboration
ā¢ Work with sales and operations teams to resolve disputes and ensure smooth inflows.
Experience:
ā¢ 5+ years in Accounts Receivable roles, with strong exposure to e-commerce or DTC businesses.
