Assistant Manager - Accounts Receivable
NABH Accredited Hospital, Loni Kalbhor, Pune
Join our NABH-accredited hospital in Loni Kalbhor, Pune, as Assistant Manager - Accounts Receivable to manage patient billing cycles and ensure timely revenue collection in a dynamic healthcare setting.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounts receivable processes, including IPD/OPD billing, insurance claims, and patient collections.
- Monitor aging reports, follow up on outstanding dues, and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, GST, and hospital policies for accurate invoicing and revenue recognition.
- Coordinate with clinical teams, insurance providers, and third-party administrators for claim submissions and reimbursements.
- Generate AR reports, reconcile accounts, and support audits while optimizing cash flow.
- Mentor junior staff and implement process improvements to reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or CA with 5-7 years of experience in hospital accounts receivable.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare billing (IPD/OPD), Tally/ERP software, MS Excel, and GST compliance.
- Proven track record in insurance claim management and AR recovery in NABH-accredited setups.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills in a high-volume environment.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Pune healthcare regulations and NABH financial protocols.
