Role Description
We are looking for an Account Receivable Lead to manage client payment collections and receivables for ongoing interior projects. The role involves coordinating with clients, project teams, and internal finance teams to ensure timely milestone-based collections and smooth payment tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with clients through calls, messages, and emails for due payments
- Track project milestones and coordinate collections accordingly
- Maintain and update receivables trackers, payment schedules, and outstanding reports
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding invoices, payment status, and project progress
- Ensure timely collection of pending amounts and reduce overdue receivables
- Maintain accurate financial and client communication records
- Support the finance team with reporting and reconciliation activities
- Handle client payment-related queries professionally and efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or client payment follow-ups
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi. Additional Indian languages will be considered a plus
- Good understanding of finance, basic accounting, and numerical analysis
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle client conversations confidently and professionally
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Prior experience in interiors, construction, real estate, or project-based businesses is preferred but not necessary
The role is on-site in Bengaluru from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
CTC 3-3.6L per year
