Hiring Alert | AR Executive – US Healthcare RCM (AR Calling)
We are looking for experienced AR Executives with hands-on experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
Role & Responsibilities:
• Handle insurance follow-up for unpaid, denied, and underpaid medical claims.
• Analyze and resolve claim denials through effective communication with US insurance payers.
• Work on AR accounts to improve collections and ensure timely reimbursement.
• Manage claim status follow-ups, appeals, and payment-related issues.
• Review EOB/ERA and take appropriate action on outstanding claims.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet productivity & quality targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for claim resolution.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in US Healthcare RCM – AR Calling/Denial Management.
• Good knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in US shifts.
