Role Description
The Accounts Receivable Executive will be responsible for efficiently managing invoicing, payment collection, and outstanding account reconciliations. Key daily tasks include maintaining accurate financial records, managing customer accounts, preparing reports, and following up on overdue payments. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure timely cash flow. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounts receivable management, invoicing, and payment collections
- Strong skills in reconciliation and resolution of payment discrepancies
- Familiarity with financial reporting tools and accounting software
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with internal teams and customers
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Relevant experience in accounting or a related financial function
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
