Role Description
HPA Design is seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Coordinator to manage invoicing, monitor incoming payments, and maintain accurate accounting records. Based in Ahmedabad, this on-site role requires close collaboration with 'Styling Team' to ensure efficient financial transactions and compliance with company policies. Additional responsibilities include reconciling accounts, troubleshooting discrepancies, and providing clear financial communication with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in Invoicing and managing accounts receivable processes.
- Sound knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles and procedures.
- Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office tools is a plus. Zoho CRM and ATS is an added advantage.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to work under deadlines.
- Relevant education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; additional certifications are advantageous.
