Role Description
We are seeking motivated AR / Senior AR Executives with hands-on experience in US Healthcare Medical Billing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounts receivable follow-ups, denial management, and revenue recovery, ensuring timely reimbursements and reduced AR aging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with insurance companies on outstanding claims
- Work on denied and rejected claims for resolution
- Handle appeals, reconsiderations, and documentation requests
- Identify denial trends and take corrective actions
- Ensure timely resolution of aging claims
- Maintain productivity and quality targets
- Document call notes and follow-up actions accurately
- Coordinate with internal teams for claim resolution
- Handle complex AR accounts (for senior-level candidates)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in AR (US Healthcare Medical Billing)
- Good understanding of End-to-End RCM cycle
- Knowledge of Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payors
- Strong experience in denial management and appeals
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Good typing speed and documentation skills
- Comfortable working in Night Shift (EST)
- Must have stable internet connection and WFH setup
- Graduate preferred
Note: Candidates with strong experience in complex AR, appeals, and denial management will be considered for Senior AR roles.
