Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team in a full-time, on-site role located in Adyar. The Analyst will manage accounts receivable processes, ensure timely and accurate invoicing, oversee payment collections, reconcile customer accounts, and prepare financial reports. The role involves close interaction with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and adherence to company policies. Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to resolving discrepancies and improving cash flow are crucial to success in this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Accounts Receivable processes, reconciling accounts, and financial reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience in customer account management and payment collections
- Proven ability to use accounting software and tools proficiently
- Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities to liaise with clients and internal teams
- Familiarity with healthcare billing systems is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
