Job Title: AR Analyst (ECW Software)

Location: Mohali, Punjab

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled AR Analyst with strong experience in eClinicalWorks (ECW) who can manage end-to-end RCM processes with accuracy and speed. The ideal candidate must be well-versed with US healthcare billing, follow-ups, and denial handling on ECW software.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on claims submission, charge entry, payment posting, and denial management using ECW.
• Perform AR follow-ups with insurance companies via calls/emails to resolve claim issues.
• Analyze claim denials and take corrective actions to ensure timely reimbursements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update claim status in ECW.
• Ensure compliance with US Healthcare guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and payer-specific policies.
• Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for claim escalations and clarifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in US Medical Billing/AR on ECW software.
• Strong knowledge of RCM cycle (billing, coding basics, payments, denials).
• Excellent communication skills (spoken & written).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced night shift environment.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
