Job Description
- Customer follow-ups (calls, emails) - Daily
- Maintain collection tracker and update status on daily basis
- Customer Ageing reporting - Weekly with remarks
- Customer reconciliations – Monthly (Including dispute resolution)
- Credit Limit exposure vs approved limit – Weekly reporting
- Escalation triggers – To HO (delayed or problematic accounts)
- Monthly Customer business reporting (Tracking of monthly volumes) – Only reporting to Financial Analyst for further analysis.
- Meeting with sales team & Accounts Team Head virtually – Weekly
- Account opening
- Credit application processing and approval
- Documentation updating In SAP and maintain separate one drive for records
- Un-invoiced Jobs follow up - Daily (EOD reporting)
- Invoice submission tracking – Daily (EOD reporting)
- Customer / Vendor KYC update – Monthly reporting
- Intercompany reconciliations & payment – Monthly (Including dispute resolution)
Key Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce / finance – Inter CA preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Credit Control (Logistics industry experience preferrable)
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written – English mandatory)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Power Bi)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to handle multiple group entities and high transaction volumes
