📢 We’re Hiring | Accounts Receivable – Voice (Healthcare) | Ahmedabad
📍 Location: Prahlad Nagar, Off S.G. Highway, Ahmedabad
💼 Experience: Minimum 1 year of AR Voice experience
🎓 Education: Any Graduate / Undergraduate
👤 Age Limit: 38 years
💰 Monthly Salary:
• 1–2 years: ₹25,000
• 2–3 years: ₹30,000
• 3+ years: Up to ₹40,000
🌙 Shift Timings:
• 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
• 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM
🚗 Transport: Only drop facility will be provided, within a 35 km radius.
📅 Joining: Immediate joiners preferred; candidates with a 15–20-day notice period may apply.
📄 Documents: All employment proofs and education proofs required.
Job Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to insurance companies for claim status and eligibility verification.
• Follow up with insurance carriers based on appointments received from clients.
• Work on outstanding claims and Accounts Receivable (AR) reports received from clients or generated through client-specific software.
• Contact insurance companies to obtain the status of unpaid claims.
• Document claim denials and take appropriate further action.
• Be flexible to work on voice-based processes as per business requirements, including Insurance Follow-Up, Patient Calling, Provider Outreach, etc.
• Maintain accurate individual daily logs and complete assigned targets within defined timelines.
• Perform assigned tasks with speed, accuracy, and adherence to client SLAs.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common business goals.
• Follow all applicable information security requirements, client/project guidelines, business processes, quality standards and company policies.
• Escalate issues or concerns to the reporting manager/senior team members in a timely manner.
