Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Professional based in Kochi, India. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day accounting operations such as accounts payable and receivable, reconciling financial statements, preparing financial reports, and processing transactions. The role also involves ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, assisting with audits, and maintaining accurate financial records. The selected candidate will work closely with the finance team to support overall business operations and provide insights into financial performance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable management
- Strong understanding of reconciliations, financial reporting, and compliance with accounting standards
- Experience with accounting software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Good organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) are a plus
- Experience in the travel or related industry is advantageous but not mandatory
