Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing
team at Klyvora. In this role, you will manage the complete Accounts Payable (AP) function for
U.S.-based clients, ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing, vendor payments,
reconciliations, and expense reimbursements.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing the full AP cycle, excellent
organizational skills, and hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online, CRM systems, and
expense management platforms. This role requires someone who can work independently,
manage multiple priorities, and deliver exceptional service to both vendors and internal
stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the complete Accounts Payable cycle, including invoice receipt, coding,
verification, approval routing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
• Process vendor invoices accurately and ensure timely recording in the
accounting system.
• Apply payments to invoices and maintain accurate payment records to ensure
invoices are settled on time.
• Process employee expense reimbursements while ensuring compliance with
company policies.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account
balances in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform vendor statement reconciliations and investigate payment
discrepancies.
• Monitor AP aging reports and proactively resolve outstanding invoices and
payment issues.
• Manage assigned Accounts Payable tickets and requests within established
service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve payment-related
issues efficiently.
• Assist with year-end reporting activities, including 1099 preparation and filing.
• Identify opportunities to improve Accounts Payable processes and contribute to
operational efficiency.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
(preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar accounting role.
• Strong understanding of the complete Accounts Payable cycle and accounting
principles.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Hands-on experience with the Ramp expense management platform.
• Experience processing vendor payments and employee expense
reimbursements.
• Strong knowledge of vendor reconciliations and payment application processes.
• Familiarity with 1099 reporting and filing requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy
and attention to detail.
