Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Payable Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Uttar Pradesh, India. The Accounts Payable Specialist will handle day-to-day financial operations, including processing vendor invoices, managing payments, reconciling accounts, and preparing journal entries. The role also involves reviewing and auditing expense reports to ensure compliance with company policies and supporting financial reporting activities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in processing Expense Reports and maintaining compliance with company policies
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess data and ensure accurate financial records
- Knowledge and experience in Finance and Accounting principles
- Experience in preparing and managing Journal Entries in accounting systems
- Proficiency in working with financial software and tools
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
