We're Hiring | Accounts Payable Senior Executive | SkyJumper
We're looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Senior Executive to join our growing Finance team!
📍 Location: IMT Faridabad, Sector 68
💼 Experience: 5+ years
🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 6 Days a Week | Work From Office
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Process vendor payments as per agreed terms by verifying invoices against POs, GRNs, and contracts.
✔ Perform vendor ledger reconciliations across multiple branches and resolve discrepancies.
✔ Conduct monthly GSTR-2B reconciliation with the purchase register to ensure accurate ITC claims.
✔ Coordinate with branch teams for seamless invoice processing and payment tracking.
✔ Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and internal financial controls.
Preferred Profile:
✅ 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
✅ Experience with multi-branch retail/service organizations (such as PVR INOX, DMart, or similar brands) will be an advantage.
✅ Proficiency in Tally/ERP and Advanced Excel.
✅ Strong understanding of GST and TDS compliance.
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
