🚨 Hiring | Manager – Accounts Payable
📍 Location: Gurugram
🏭 Industry: Consumer Durables / Electricals
💼 Experience Required: 2 to 4 Years
🎓 Qualification: CA Qualified
We are hiring for the position of Manager – Accounts Payable for a leading organization in the Consumer Durables / Electricals industry. We are looking for a finance professional with strong expertise in Accounts Payable operations, SAP automation, digitization initiatives, and financial controls.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and monitor end to end Accounts Payable processes and controls
• Drive SAP Automation and Digitization Projects to improve process efficiency
• Handle Marcom and Freight Outward Cost Monitoring and analysis
• Prepare and manage Balance Sheet Schedules and reconciliations
• Ensure timely vendor payments and smooth AP operations
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for process improvements and reporting
• Support audit requirements and ensure compliance with financial policies
• Work on MIS reporting, data analysis, and process optimization initiatives
🔹 Required Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent knowledge of SAP and Advanced Excel
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and financial controls
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
🔹 Candidate Profile:
• CA Qualified is mandatory
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Finance / Accounts Payable
• Prior experience in Consumer Durables, Electricals, or Manufacturing industry preferred
• Exposure to automation and digitization projects will be an added advantage
