Lead end-to-end AP/AR operations for a logistics/shipping organization. Ensure accurate, timely vendor payments, customer collections, reconciliations, and compliance. Drive process efficiency, manage disputes, and partner with Ops, Procurement, and Finance teams to support business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts PayableManage full AP cycle: vendor onboarding, invoice processing, GRN/PO matching, approvals, paymentsHandle freight payables, detention & demurrage, BL fees, THC, CHA charges, and port-related invoicesDrive vendor reconciliations, aging analysis, TDS/GST compliance, and MSME paymentsResolve disputes with shipping lines, transporters, CHAs, and other logistics vendorsEnsure timely month-end close, provisions, and audit supportAccounts Receivable Own AR cycle: customer invoicing, credit control, collections, and cash applicationMonitor DSO, overdue tracking, and customer reconciliations for freight, warehousing, and 3PL servicesManage client escalations, credit notes, debit notes, and write-offs per policyCoordinate with Sales/Ops for billing accuracy and dispute resolutionEnsure GST e-invoicing, e-way bill compliance, and statutory reportingo
