What is your role:
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Payable Executive to handle all financial transactions related to payments across our branches. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in accounting, finance, and payment processing.
Job responsibilities:
Ensure all job-related payments for all branches are processed efficiently.
Share the UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) details promptly and on a priority basis.
Process non-job-related payments across all branches in a timely manner.
Ensure that all utility bills are paid before the due date to avoid any service interruptions.
Manage payments related to custom duty and stamp duty.
PD Accounts Reconciliation.
Approve and reconcile cash vouchers to ensure all transactions are properly accounted.
What are we seeking for:
Should be multilingual.
A smiling face, a healthy mind and body, and a positive attitude are a must.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software.
Knowledge for outlook, word and excel sheet.
