Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Payable Accountant based in New Delhi. The role involves managing day-to-day accounts payable activities, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments to vendors. The candidate will handle financial operations, monitor compliance with company policies, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies. Additional responsibilities include analyzing expenses and supporting month-end financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Strong abilities in Finance and Accounting to support financial operations and reporting
- Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and managing accounts payable processes
- Experience with Invoice Processing and accurate, timely Invoicing of vendors
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Proficient in working with accounting software and ERP systems like Tally ERP 9, SAP HANA
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Understanding of compliance standards and company policies
- Prior experience in logistics or last-mile delivery operations is advantageous
