Role Description
This is a full-time on-site job for Accounts Officer located in the Juhu, Mumbai area. The Accounts Officer will handle day-to-day financial activities, including preparing financial invoices and statements, managing accounts, vouchers, petty cash and following up for payments and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities also include analyzing financial data, supporting decision-making processes, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. The role will require close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders, including interacting with clients and transparent financial communication.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing Invoices, Financial Statements and managing Finance-related tasks
- Proficiency in TALLY is a must
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and aid in decision-making
- Knowledge of basic banking system would be an additional plus
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and clients
- Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently including liasioning with regulatory authorities
- Experience with accounting software and tools(TALLY mandatory)
