As we scale across multiple cities and partner with top developers, we’re looking for an Accounts & MIS Manager who can bring financial accuracy, operational discipline, and data-driven reporting into the core of our business.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
📌 Accounting & Finance
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, invoicing, billing, and reconciliations
• Handle GST, TDS, receivables, payables, and compliance processes
• Coordinate with CA firms for filings, audits, and financial documentation
• Track developer payouts and customer collections
• Ensure accuracy in financial records and transaction documentation
📌 MIS & Data Management
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management
• Build dashboards and analytical reports for sales, revenue, collections, and business performance
• Monitor budgets, cash flows, operational costs, and payment cycles
• Maintain data hygiene across systems and reports with high accuracy
• Support founders with business insights and decision-making data
📌 Operations & Coordination
• Coordinate between sales, finance, developers, and backend teams
• Maintain smooth processing of customer bookings and payment documentation
• Build strong relationships with developers, vendors, and external stakeholders
• Improve operational systems, reporting structures, and process efficiency
✅ What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 2–4 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, MIS, or Operations
✔️ Strong understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, reconciliation, and compliance
✔️ Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Tally, and MIS reporting
✔️ High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
✔️ Real estate industry experience will be preferred
