Role Description
This is a full time, on site Accounts & MIS Executive role based in Sector 102, Gurugram. This position involves end to end ownership of day to day accounting, MIS reporting, and financial record management. The role requires hands on experience in accounting systems, strong Excel skills, and the ability to generate accurate financial reports that support management decision making.
This is not a data entry role. The position requires independent handling of accounting records, reconciliations, and MIS reporting with high accuracy and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and ledger entries
• Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial summaries, and variance analysis
• Maintain accurate accounting records in Tally or ERP
• Support audits, compliance, and financial documentation
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial data
Required Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting and MIS experience
• Strong working knowledge of Tally or ERP systems
• Advanced proficiency in Excel including formulas and reporting
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and reconciliations
• High attention to detail and ownership mindset
• B.Com or equivalent qualification preferred
