Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for an Accounts Manager within an NBFC. The Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing financial statements, conducting regulatory reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant laws. Key tasks include managing budgeting processes, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, supporting audit preparation, and analyzing financial data to assist in decision-making. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders will be important.
Qualifications
- A CMA or B.Com degree is required, with a strong academic background.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel, with a focus on data analysis, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
- Experience with financial management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret financial data.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with accounting software and financial reporting tools is advantageous.
- Previous experience of 1+ years in financial management, preferably in the NBFC or financial services sector.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and with stakeholders.
