Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accounts Manager role based in Jaipur. The individual in this position will manage accounting operations and financial reporting for the NBFC. Core responsibilities include maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The candidate will also perform account reconciliations, analyze financial data to inform strategic decisions, and work closely with team members to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial processes.
Qualifications
- Strong accounting skills, including financial reporting, account reconciliation, and taxation.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Data Analysis Tools.
- Knowledge of NBFC operations and applicable compliance regulations.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Professional qualification: CA Inter/CMA or equivalent mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in an NBFC or similar financial services organization.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
