Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accounts Manager role based in Mumbai. The Accounts Manager will oversee financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, account reconciliation, and auditing. Key responsibilities include managing client accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring timely invoicing, and monitoring financial compliance. The role will also involve identifying areas for financial process improvement and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in financial reporting, account reconciliation, and budget management
- Experience in client account management and relationship-building
- Knowledge of audit processes and compliance standards
- Proficient in financial and accounting software such as SAP, Tally, or QuickBooks
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities to improve financial processes
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA) are a plus
- Experience in the manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
