Role Description
The Accounts Manager will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting regulations, and manage client accounts for Stypro Office and Hygiene Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, budget preparation, financial reporting, and fostering relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. This is a full-time, on-site role at our office in Maharashtra, India.
Qualifications
- Strong financial and accounting skills, including expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
- Proven experience in client relationship management and responding effectively to client inquiries and requirements.
- Familiarity with budgeting, cost analysis, and ensuring adherence to fiscal compliance standards.
- Proficient in relevant accounting software and Excel; attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CA, CPA) are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Prior experience in the distribution or corporate services industry is an added advantage.
