Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accounts Manager role based in Chennai. The Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, preparing detailed financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key day-to-day tasks include monitoring budgets, managing accounts payable and receivable, collaborating with other team members for financial planning, and advising on financial strategies to optimize operations and profitability.
Qualifications
- Expertise in accounting principles, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proficiency in using accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Tally
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent organizational and time management skills for handling multiple tasks efficiently
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing financial records and compliance reports
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Relevant professional certifications, such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent, are a plus
- Experience in managing financial operations for medium to large organizations is preferred
