Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in our Mumbai office. The Accounts Manager will manage financial transactions, oversee accounts receivable and payable, prepare financial reports, assist with audits, coordinate with clients, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires collaboration with internal teams, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills to meet the financial objectives of the company.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and preparation of financial statements
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and tax compliance
- Experience with financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support decision-making
- Expertise in accounting software and ERP systems
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions
- Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in financial reporting
- Professional certifications such as CA, ICWA, or equivalent are highly desirable
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Experience in the infrastructure, construction, or consulting sectors is an advantage
