We are Hiring | Manager - Accounts
Location - Ghaziabad (Nearest Metro Station is Vaishali)
Experience - 5 to 10 Years
Salary - up to 50K per month (Depends on the Interview)
Full exposure to balance sheet finalization preferred
MKC Agro Fresh Limited, a leading player in the Agro fresh industry, seeks a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Professional to manage all day-to-day accounting operations and ensure statutory compliance across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
Statutory Compliance & Tax Management
· Oversee complete GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and other returns with 100% timely filing
· Manage TDS returns (24Q, 27Q, 27EQ), certificates (Form 16A), and reconciliations
· Handle Income Tax computations, advance tax payments, and ITR filings for company and key personnel
· Ensure adherence to Companies Act, ROC filings, and other statutory requirements
Financial Closing & Reporting
· Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings including balance sheet finalization
· Prepare cash flow statements, fund flow analysis, and working capital management reports
· Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits with external agencies
· Deliver accurate P&L, balance sheets, and consolidated financial statements
Day-to-Day Accounting Operations
· Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) including debtor aging analysis, collections, and credit control
· Handle Accounts Payable (AP) including vendor payments, expense verification, and payment scheduling
· Execute bank reconciliations across multiple bank accounts and resolve discrepancies
· Maintain general ledger, subsidiary ledgers, and cost center accounting
Reconciliations & Controls
· Perform inter-company, party, and ledger reconciliations
· Manage inventory accounting, stock reconciliations, and fixed asset registers
· Implement internal financial controls and process documentation
· Prepare MIS reports, budget vs. actual analysis, and variance reports
Technical Expertise
· Advanced proficiency in Tally Prime / Busy
· Expert-level MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros)
· Working knowledge of GST Portal, Income Tax Portal, and MCA Portal
· Comprehensive understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax provisions
· Experience in export-import documentation and foreign exchange accounting
· Familiarity with MSME compliance and agro-industry accounting practices
Key Competencies
· Meticulous attention to statutory deadlines and regulatory changes
· Ability to coordinate with auditors, banks, and senior management
· Proven ability to manage month-end and year-end closing timelines
· Experience in multi-location / multi-state GST compliance
· Exposure to consortium banking facilities and LC operations
· Working knowledge of cost accounting and budgeting
