Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Manager located in Chengalpattu. The Accounts Manager will handle day-to-day accounting operations, including maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and managing budgets. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with financial regulations, processing payments, reconciling accounts, and collaborating with other departments to provide financial insights. Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial reporting, budget management, and preparation of financial statements
- Strong skills in account reconciliation and payment processing
- Expertise in accounting software and tools, with a focus on accuracy and detail
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA) are an advantage
- Prior experience in real estate or construction-related industries is a plus
