Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Accounts Manager to oversee financial activities and manage accounts at our on-site location in Rajkot. The Accounts Manager will handle tasks such as managing financial records, preparing budgets, monitoring expenditures, analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, issuing invoices, and coordinating with clients and internal teams. This role also involves identifying cost-saving opportunities and supporting the organization in reaching its financial goals.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with tax compliance, financial auditing, and regulatory policies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional qualification such as CPA, CA, or equivalent is a plus
- 6+ years of professional experience in financial management or a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or related industries
- Ability to work on-site in Rajkot and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment
