Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Odisha, India, for an Accounts Manager. The Accounts Manager will oversee and manage financial transactions, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and prepare financial reports. Day-to-day responsibilities include budgeting, monitoring account activities, managing accounts payable and receivable, and providing strategic financial insights to support business objectives. The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency and ensure transparent financial operations.
Qualifications
- Expertise in financial management, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Experience with accounts payable, receivable, and ledger management
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools
- Strong understanding of compliance standards and regulatory requirements
- Ability to generate and interpret financial reports for business decision-making
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in the food or service industry is a plus
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
