We are a growing financial consulting firm based in Gurgaon, helping businesses manage their accounting, compliance and business advisory needs. We work with a focused portfolio of clients where every engagement is high-involvement and ownership-driven.
Role Description
We're looking for an experienced full-time, on site Accounts Manager to own and manage a portfolio of clients end-to-end — from accounting and bookkeeping to MIS reporting, TDS, GST compliance and client advisory. This is not a back-office role. You will be the primary point of accountability for the clients you manage.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-scope accounting, bookkeeping and taxation for assigned clients
- MIS and management reporting — P&L reviews, Forecasts & Planning, debtor management
- GST, TDS and statutory compliance within deadlines
- Client-facing engagement — on-site visits, query resolution, advisory
- SOP design and team coordination on assigned portfolio
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a CA firm or accounting practice
- Strong working knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS and financial statements
- Previous exposure to multiple softwares
- Independent worker — capable of owning a client portfolio without hand-holding
- B.Com / CA / CS / CMA preferred
