Job Description – Accounts Manager – Solar Ind.
**Position:- Accounts Manager
**Department:-Finance & Accounts
**Location:-Gurgram- Sector 83
**Qualification:-M. Com. Or Equi.
**Budget :- 30% hike Role :
The Accounts Manager will oversee the complete financial management of the solar company, ensuring accurate accounting, compliance with statutory regulations, financial planning, and cost control. The role requires expertise in managing project-based accounting, vendor management, taxation, and financial reporting, with a focus on the solar and renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the finance & accounts team to ensure timely and accurate maintenance of financial records.
• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), payroll, and projectbased accounting.
• Monitor project costs, budgeting, and fund allocation across solar EPC, O&M, and other business segments.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax,
• Manage bank relationships for loans, LCs, BGs, and other financial instruments.
• Review vendor contracts, payments, and ensure proper reconciliations.
• Prepare and present MIS reports, P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for management.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and government authorities.
• Implement financial controls, policies, and cost optimization strategies.
• Support business planning, project financing, and long-term financial strategy.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance).
• Minimum 5-7 years of accounting & finance experience, with at least 3+ years in a managerial role.
