Role Overview:We are looking for a Senior Accounts professional with strong expertise in managing financial operations and handling complex business-related financial challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:• Manage day-to-day accounting, MIS, and financial reporting
• Handle receivables, payables, and cash flow management
• Identify and resolve financial discrepancies and operational issues
• Work on credit control, outstanding payments, and collection cycles
• Ensure GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for billing & collections
• Analyse financial risks like pricing fluctuations, credit exposure, and inventory-related challenges
• Support audits and maintain accurate financial records
Key Requirements:✔ Strong experience in Accounts/Finance (B2B preferred)
✔ Understanding of financial challenges in distribution businesses
✔ Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and compliance
✔ Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel
✔ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience:Minimum 3–5 years preferred
