Role Description The Account Intern role at Skope Kitchens is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support account management activities, including tracking client performance, assisting with reporting, and helping resolve account-related queries. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams, updating account documentation, and supporting client communication to ensure smooth operations. The intern will also assist in analyzing account data, identifying trends, and preparing basic financial or operational summaries. This role offers exposure to the food and beverage ecosystem, while building skills in client servicing, operations, and account coordination.

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and interact professionally with clients.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills to understand basic financial metrics and support account reporting.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond to queries, manage expectations, and maintain client satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills to help maintain records, monitor performance, and support day-to-day account operations.
- Relevant skills such as attention to detail, proficiency in spreadsheets or CRM tools, and an interest in the F&B or startup ecosystem are beneficial.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
