Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Head specializing in Real Estate Redevelopment, based in Pune. The Accounts Head will oversee and manage financial operations, analyze financial statements, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing accounts, preparing and maintaining budgets, leading a finance team, and providing insights to maximize financial performance. Effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will also play a critical role in this position.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and develop actionable insights
- Expertise in Financial Statements and sound knowledge of Finance
- Significant experience in Account Management and overseeing general ledgers
- Proven abilities in Team Management and leading financial teams towards achieving goals
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Professional qualifications such as CA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent are highly desirable
- Knowledge of real estate and redevelopment sector practices is an added advantage
