Location: Corporate Office- Govandi East, Mumbai
Working Days: Monday to Saturday(2nd and 4th Saturday off, 1st,3rd and 5th Saturday operational)
Role Objective
To lead the monthly closure of Books of Accounts, manage Fixed Assets capitalization, and
oversee the financial operations of US subsidiaries (Indicus Pharma & USV North America).
The role is pivotal in ensuring accurate P&L reporting, margin analysis, and providing strategic
financial presentations to internal stakeholders and the Board.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Strong Experience in various MIS related to Accounts and Finance
● Fixed Assets Management: Manage capitalization of projects, review Capital Work-in-Progress (CWIP), and lead vendor negotiations regarding pricing and payment terms.
● Financial Closing & MIS: Lead monthly closure of Books of Accounts and prepare monthly P&L accounts and presentation decks.
● Strategic Reporting: Prepare quarterly Horizon-Margin Analysis and Board Meeting
Presentation Decks.
● Audit & Compliance: Address queries from Internal and Statutory auditors; ensure
compliance with Foreign Travel policies and account for foreign tour expenses.
● US Subsidiary Oversight: Manage books of accounts and quarterly closing for Indicus
Pharma and USV North America.
● Operations & Collections: Follow up with customers for payments, track collections, and
liaison with partners for profit-share reviews.
● Global Coordination: Coordinate with Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, International
Marketing, and Logistics teams for business operations and fee payments.
● Treasury & Advances: Manage vendor payments and investments (approved by NA
Chairman) and track/recover overdue forex advances.
Professional Experience and Relevant Skills
● Experience: Minimum 4–7 years of experience specifically within the Pharmaceutical
Industry.
● Technical Expertise: Well-conversant with SAP ECC/HANA.
● Skills: Highly proficient in preparing PowerPoint presentations with complex charts,
diagrams, and Interactive Dashboards.
Academic Qualifications & Certifications
● Educational Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
