📌 Position Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Accounts Head from the Agro / Agrochemical / Pesticide industry to lead the organization’s accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, deep financial expertise, and thorough knowledge of statutory compliance and internal controls.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
📊 Accounting & Financial Management
• Oversee end-to-end accounting and finance operations
• Prepare financial statements, Balance Sheet, P&L, and MIS reports
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting
🔍 Internal Audit & Controls
• Establish and maintain strong internal financial controls
• Conduct audits and identify financial risks
• Implement process improvements for efficiency
🧾 Taxation & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory laws
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities
📈 Business Financial Planning
• Support management in financial strategy and cost optimization
• Monitor procurement, inventory, and operational finance
👥 Team Management
• Lead and mentor the accounts & finance team
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
