LuxaDerme is a fast-growing skincare brand focused on innovation, performance marketing, and building a strong digital-first presence across marketplaces and D2C platforms.
We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager who understands the financial ecosystem of e-commerce and skincare businesses, including marketplaces, inventory management, compliance, vendor reconciliation, and financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations and financial reporting
- Handle GST, TDS, TCS, PT, and statutory compliances
- Prepare MIS reports, P&L statements, cash flow reports, and financial analysis
- Manage marketplace reconciliations for Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
- Coordinate with auditors, CA firms, banks, and consultants
- Ensure timely vendor payments and customer reconciliation
- Monitor inventory accounting and stock reconciliation
- Handle payroll coordination and salary processing support
- Maintain compliance with applicable financial and taxation laws
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Improve financial controls and operational efficiency
Requirements
- 8–9 years of experience in Accounts & Finance
- Prior experience in the e-commerce industry is mandatory
- Experience in skincare, beauty, personal care, or FMCG industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, accounting standards, and statutory compliance
- Hands-on experience with marketplace reconciliation and inventory accounting
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and ERP/accounting software
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Experience handling high transaction volumes in e-commerce
- Understanding of D2C business models and marketplace operations
- Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail
