This role requires 8–9 years of total finance experience with a minimum of recent 4 years specifically in the skincare, beauty, or personal care industry and mandatory e-commerce / D2C / marketplace experience.
Offered CTC: Up to ₹15 LPA.

Role Overview:
We're looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager with 8-9 years of hands-on finance experience, ideally from a skincare, beauty, FMCG, or D2C brand. This is a full ownership role, you'll manage compliance, reporting, and financial planning while keeping our books clean and our cash flow healthy.
Key Responsibilities
- Own P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow management
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial dashboards for leadership
- Handle GST, TDS, income tax filings and coordinate with CAs and auditors
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and vendor payments
- Oversee cost control across marketing, operations, and supply chain
- Manage banking relationships, credit lines, and fund utilisation
- Support statutory and internal audits
- Handle finance operations across D2C, marketplace, and retail channels
What We're Looking For
- 8–9 years in Accounts & Finance
- Prior experience in skincare, beauty, FMCG, retail, or D2C strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / SAP or equivalent tools
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian tax regulations
- CA Inter / MBA Finance / M.Com — CA qualified is a plus
- Detail-oriented, ownership-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced setup
