About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Finance Intern to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This role is designed to support our internal finance operations, helping improve efficiency and reduce reliance on external accounting services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Support invoice processing, billing, and expense tracking
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
• Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries
• Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and documentation
• Support compliance and basic statutory requirements
• Help streamline accounting processes for better efficiency

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts
• Familiarity with MS Excel (formulas, data entry, basic analysis)
• Knowledge of accounting tools/software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Good communication skills
