Position: Accounts & Finance Head
Location: Pune
️ Working Days: Monday to Friday

Client: Building most loved toy ecosystem for kids
What You’ll Own
- Daily cashflow visibility — every rupee in & out, tracked and explained
- Revenue tracking across Shopify, Amazon & Q-commerce
- Vendor payouts, ad spends, and cost control
- Weekly MIS: Sales, Marketing efficiency, Contribution margins
- Work directly with founders on P&L, burn, and working capital
- ⚙ Build systems so finance becomes real-time, not backward-looking

- Care about business outcomes — not just clean books
- Are hungry to learn how a D2C brand actually makes (or loses) money
- Want to grow into a Finance Head / FP&A leader, not stay stuck in MIS
Skills
- ✔ Strong Excel / Google Sheets (Pivots, SUMIFS, Lookups — non-negotiable)
- ✔ Understanding of Tally / basic accounting
- ✔ Exposure to D2C (Shopify, Ads, marketplaces) is a big plus
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA Finance
- 1-3 years experience (high ownership matters more than years)
