About Us XS Associates is a growing IT staffing and professional services firm delivering data consulting, IT delivery, and HR solutions to enterprise clients across India. We're looking for a Finance Executive who wants to grow with us — this isn't a stop-gap hire but a long-term, strategic role at the core of how we operate.
The Role You'll own the end-to-end accounting and finance function for the company. That means everything from daily bookkeeping to GST compliance, contractor payouts to client invoicing, TDS filings to bank reconciliations. You'll work directly with the leadership team and have full visibility into the commercial side of an IT services business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing complete books of accounts — receivables, payables, general ledger
- Handling monthly contractor and vendor invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation
- Managing GST return filings, TDS computations, and Income Tax compliance
- Preparing MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial summaries for management
- Coordinating with auditors and ensuring timely statutory audit completion
- Supporting commercial operations — PO tracking, SOW-linked billing, client-wise profitability tracking
- Maintaining payroll processing and full & final settlements
What We're Looking For
- CA Intermediate (IPCC/Inter) cleared — mandatory
- Completed CA Articleship with hands-on exposure to accounting, audit, and tax functions
- 1–3 years of post-articleship experience preferred (freshly completed articleship candidates with strong fundamentals are welcome)
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime, Excel, and GST/TDS portals
- Understanding of invoicing cycles in IT services or staffing industry is a strong plus
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable managing the function independently
- Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate — this is a full-time, office-based role
