Job Title: Executive – Accounts & Finance
Experience: 4-5 Years
Location: Gurgaon
Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Finance Executive with 3–5 years of experience to manage end-to-end accounting operations, including expense booking, financial reporting, compliance, and MIS preparation. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with accounting tools/software and a good understanding of statutory regulations including GST and TDS. Experience in Zoho Books will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
● Handle day-to-day accounting operations and expense booking, including vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and petty cash entries
● Pass journal entries and ensure proper maintenance of general ledger and books of accounts
● Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
● Perform bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny on a regular basis
● Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and compliances
● Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
● Generate MIS reports, financial summaries, and variance analysis for management review
● Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
● Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure audit readiness
● Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
● Work on accounting tools/software to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting
● Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes and controls
Key Requirements:
● Bachelor’s/ Master’s in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B. Com / M. Com preferred)
● CA Inter / CMA Inter (preferred but not mandatory)
● 3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance
● Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
● Hands-on experience with accounting tools/software such as Tally, SAP, or Zoho Books
● Experience in Zoho Books is preferred / will be an added advantage
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
● Good understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliations
● Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
● Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
