Job Description – Accounts & Finance Executive

Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated
Accounts & Finance Executive to join our team at ATMS & CO LLP. The candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial processes with at least 1 year of practical experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts and accounting records.
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP software.
- Prepare bank reconciliations, invoices, and vouchers.
- Assist in GST return filing, TDS calculations, and compliance work.
- Support preparation of financial statements and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with clients for accounting and documentation requirements.
- Assist in audit and taxation assignments.
- Maintain proper records and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Accounting & Finance principles.
- Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and GST/TDS compliance.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Com Graduate from a recognized university.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting & Finance.
- Experience in a CA firm will be preferred.
